Shipping and handling charges for standard and express delivery will be added to your purchase based on the total of your order.
- All orders are subject to verification.
- If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped.

Standard Delivery: You can expect delivery in 7 to 10 business days (for in-stock items only). Most orders are shipped UPS,FedEx Ground or USPS. Usually, UPS or FedEx will ring your doorbell, then leave the package in a sheltered area. USPS will deliver the package in your mailbox if it fits, or put it by your door.
Express Delivery: You can expect delivery in 2-3 business days for orders placed prior to 2:00pm EST Monday-Friday (this DOES NOT include processing time which is 2 business days).

EXCHANGE POLICY
All Sales Are Final Upon Check-Out.
Our customers’ satisfaction is very important to us. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email (listed below) with your request for exchange within 5 days of receiving your item. Once we have received your request, you will then be contacted with an authorization code and shipping address in which to ship the item to. You may then return to our online boutique to place a new order for an item of EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE to the exchanged item. You can then mail us the item you wish to exchange (in the same condition that it was sent to you) for a full credit towards the new purchase (please note that credits are only issued once a new purchase of equal or greater value to the exchanged item has been placed).
